Description
1974 Burger 67′
Mason’s Candy
It is rare that one finds a classic yacht in as nice condition as this 1974, 67’ houseboat Burger. Built originally as J-MAR and then renamed KATERINA, she was leased from a charity by her present owner in 2014 and purchased outright by him in 2017. Now called MASON’S CANDY, she has had excellent care and many upgrades during the last eight years. Her layout, in combination with her very good condition, makes her a natural choice for anyone wanting the attributes of a large yacht in the size of a yacht that can be handled by an owner operator or with one or two crew.
KEY FEATURES:
• 6’6” Headroom throughout. 7’ stand-up in engine room
• On deck galley with recent cut-out pass-through to the main salon
• (3) Owner/guest staterooms aft plus spacious (2) cabin crew’s quarters forward
• Gradual steps (custom built) from the aft deck down to the swim platform and door to lazarette
• Extremely large flybridge with comfortable seating for 10 people
