The sturdy Roskelley/Olsson fork-style davit on the swim-step was installed in 2020, and makes it simple to deploy the included 2016 AB Hypalon RIB tender and its 8HP Mercury four stroke short-shaft outboard.

Her luxurious layout is well-matched with her engineering excellence. Powered by the ever-popular Cummins 6BTAs, these low hour, twin six-cylinder, diesel engines are turbo-charged for abundant power, and cruise smoothly with matched RPMs, thanks to the Glendinning Synchronizer.

Accessed through large hatches on the back deck, the sizable, well-lit engine compartment is monitored with a Garmin GC-100 camera and also houses the batteries, generator, and fuel tanks. It’s a joy to have plenty of space to work and store tools, spare parts and supplies.

All electronics were updated in 2020 with Garmin 8616xsv Chartplotter/Sounder Combo and Reactor 40 Autopilot in the pilothouse, a Garmin 8610 Chartplotter and GHC 20 Autopilot control on the flybridge. A Garmin Fantom 24 Radome with 48 nautical mile range completes the package.

This 4500 Pilothouse was designed to conquer the unforgiving seas of the Pacific Northwest. With her high bow, 12-inch keel, watertight bulkheads and robust 4” stringers, she comfortably transports you, your family and friends safely.

Of note and by no means an exhaustive list, the current owners underwent a $30,000 haul out at KKMI in 2021 to refurb all the running gear and struts, refreshed the 8D batteries in 2019, switched to 160 degree engine thermostats for cooler running engines, and installed a new Raritan 20 gallon engine / electric water heater in 2020.

The interior was completely refit in 2014 to a high standard of quality and includes lavish touches like custom Corian® countertops, new mattresses and bedding, and looped style carpet throughout.
